Who are we

This website is sponsored by two UK Registered Charities — The Creation Resources
Trust and the Creation Science Movement, with the support of other UK creation groups.
The site has been designed and edited by Geoff Chapman. Articles are written by Dr
Stephen Hayes and Geoff Chapman, except where otherwise stated. It is not our intention
to "re-invent the wheel", so where appropriate material already exists in the form of on-line
articles and websites, we have provided links to these.
We make no secret of the fact that we are Bible-believing Christians, and committed to the
creationist view of origins. However, we also believe that the scientific facts, properly
weighed and interpreted, provide more support for the Biblical model than Darwin's theory.
We also believe that evolution has become a philosophy, if not a religion which it is
forbidden to question or criticise. This is borne out by some of the statements of prominent
Darwinists, and explains why many evolutionists react so violently when Darwin's ideas are
questioned in any way. For this reason, we expect a hostile reaction to this website from
some quarters.
Ultimately, therefore, the debate is a clash of two world-views. It provokes questions about
who we are, and what purpose, if any, life has. These issues are important, and need to be
fairly and openly debated, which is one of the reasons for the existence of this website.
We have sought to provide accurate references, facts and information, and will be grateful
if any errors are notified to us, so that we can correct them. We welcome feedback, and will
do our best to provide answers to genuine questions. However, we will not respond to
abusivr, slanderous or obscene communications.
